The staff was really attentive. Atif helped. He checked us in, answered my questions and was generally SUPER helpful. The swimming pool here was lovely and I safe area because the lifeguards were vigilant. I thought the price was AMAZING for the quality.
I thought the street in front of the building had too many business cards scattered about.

The hotel staff was helpful. Harish, the bell boy, stood out as particularly kind and helpful. The hotel also accommodated my early check-in. They stored my luggage because I had a late flight.
I found some issues. The room floor seemed too dirty. The fridge and AC did not work well. Maintenance fixed the AC, but it still wasn't great.

the breakfast bar featured a good selection of items. (i especially liked the fresh fruit!) the gym and swimming facilities were also very good. the location was convenient, next to a 24-hour supermarket.
the shower head in my room was broken. i had to request an extra bed for the kids, and it was not provided until after midnight. i experienced noises and disturbances at night due to parties and fights in nearby rooms.

the breakfast had a huge variety of options to choose from! everything tasted delicious, it was a perfect way to start the day. the reception team was cute and everything went smoothly. they even upgraded us to a beautiful suite, such a pleasant surprise. the suite was super clean and hygienic throughout our stay.
The staff seemed lazy. My room was never cleaned even when i requested it. i was given a room with a connecting door to the next room, and the guest next door banged on my door sometimes. there was no bathrobe in the room. The mini fridge was also empty.
